Tax and Treasury Assistant Manager

The incumbent will be reporting to the Director and will be supporting APAC business operations.

Description

• Provide APAC regional tax support and advice, including income and indirect tax
• Ensure regional tax compliance, review tax returns and assist with return-to-provision calculations
• Assist with quarterly tax accounting process and reporting for income taxes in compliance with US GAAP and statutory requirements
• Ensure tax outcomes are aligned with global tax strategy and compliant with local laws and international standards
• Support the reviewing of local transfer pricing documentation and ensure alignment with global transfer pricing policies
• Responsible for bank accounts matters
• Provide support in forecasting of cash flow position and identifying FX exposures
• Facilitate international cash movements
• Preparation with monthly treasury reports

Profile

• Degree in Accountancy or relevant field
• 5 years of relevant tax experience
• Familiar with income tax accounting principles
• Strong functional and technical tax skills
• Good interpersonal skills and confidence in communication
