The Role Responsibilities
  • Performance management & Reporting:
    • Ensure the integrity of the performance management reports (both financial and non-financial) that measure the performance of CPBB business
    • Budget and financial planning for CPBB business
    • Monitoring/controlling operating expenses and capital expenditure
    • Advisory on product and segment profitability and balance sheet management
  • Financial Controls/Governance:
    • Identify control gaps and ensure escalation/remedial action taken.
    • Support implementation of effective financial control processes
  • Project Management: involve business projects, including campaigns and business programs
  • Team Management and team working:
    • Team management including recruiting, motivating staff, coaching employees through effective engagement to deliver shared business goals
    • Team-working: collaborate with other team member to perform team's task or deliver team's objectives. Coaching and sharing knowledge between team members.

  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. Our Ideal Candidate
  • Strong background in finance and/or accounting: Professional degree in financial, banking and accounting are preferred
  • CFA, ACCA member is preferred
