Your field of responsibility

Join us as an Audit Director for our Internal Audit Brazil team within our leading edge audit function, where you will be the senior leader in the location, manage audits to ensure efficient and high quality execution, while developing staff on your audit team through coaching and mentoring. As part of our team, you will have access to advanced auditing capabilities and will also work in close collaboration with Heads of Audit to define and implement a program of continuous risk monitoring which contributes to assurance and future audit planning. This role also involves direct interaction with the Bank’s senior management connected to your portfolio, where you will be encouraged to act as a trusted partner and use your independence and influencing skills to support the improvement of the Bank’s risk and control environment.

Your skills and experience

• 10 year of auditing experience, preferably at an bank similar to CS (i.e. broad exposure to investment banking, private banking as well as legal entity questions)
• Strong leader
• Comfortable to work independently
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements pertaining to banks like CS in Brazil as well as clear understanding of regulatory requirements impacting internal audit
• Experience in an international environment, i.e. international bank or similar, comfortable working with colleagues who are based outside of Brazil
• Strong understanding of risk management
• Deep understanding of industry trends (i.e. regulatory trends, business trends)
• Strong English language skills
• Strong written and oral skill to present complex topic at ExB/board level
• Ability to hire and train future team
• Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
