We are committed to offering development opportunities to all of our staff, from Entry Level Trainee through to Senior Partner. As a trainee, all of our roles will provide a professional qualification specific to the business area you will be working in.

As part of yourplacement you will be involved in working within both Audit and Accounts and Business Services

As part of your role within Accounts and Business Services you will provide assistance with the preparation of annual statutory accounts and record keeping for clients and also assist your colleagues with obtaining information for the completion of tax and VAT returns. As well as providing support to your clients from an accounting perspective, you will also be communicating with HMRC and really gaining a full insight into the world of accounts.

As part of your role as an Audit Associate you will assist with the preparation of financial statements for limited companies, LLP’s, and charities from trial balance stage. You will be working and collaborating with other members in the audit and accounts team in order to build strong working relationships. You will be providing assistance on statutory audits as you continue to develop your knowledge. As your confidence grows so will your project management skills as you work to meet deadlines and budget constraints for clients.

To get the job that you’ll love you will have:

• You will need the right to work in the UK for a minimum of 5 years from your start date.
• On track to achieve or have already achieved a minimum 2:1 in your undergraduate degree (or 2:2 if you can provide evidence of extenuating circumstances)
• You will be in the penultimate year of your degree.
