Accounting Officer

As an Accounting Officer within Zimmer & Partners you will have to take care of the day to day Accounting under LuxGAAP. You will have to monitor and manage cash flows, exchange for payable and receivables, prepare tax and VAT declarations. 

You will be one of the main contract of banks, clients, third parties and internal or external auditors. You will have to undertake financial analysis, complete BCL reporting as well as ECDF filling. One of your task will be also the calculation and validation of dividends and interests against legal documentation.

Every day brings a new challenge so you’ll need to be a team player at heart, with an eye for detail, great organizational skills so you can priorities your day and meet the deadlines. Building relationships across the business is a must have to succeed and be effective in this role.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor / Master in Accounting, Economy, Finance, or Management
• Fluent in English, any other language will be considered as an advantage (French and German in particular)
• Analytical and pragmatic
• Good IT skills (Excel, accounting and reporting system)
• Self-starter and able to respect deadlines
• Ability to evolve in a changing environment
• minimum 2 years accounting experience in a similar position within a commercial or industrial group / or Big 4
• Strong BOB50 experience
