Risk and Compliance Officer
Mid-Market, High Growth, Private Equity Fund
The Risk & Compliance Officer (RCO) will assist the Fund and with the execution and oversight of ABGF's regulatory responsibilities and ensuring adherence to ABGF's risk and compliance arrangements across all aspects of the business from both an operational and technical standpoint.
Additionally, the RCO will be required to help identify, interpret, and assess the impact of regulation and legislation on ABGF business activity as well providing support to the deal process and coordinating the Know Your Customer process for investments under the AML/CTF regime.
Finally, the position will entail assisting the Company Secretariat and Governance duties for the ABGF entity including assisting with the preparation of Board and Committee packs and action items arising.

You have Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory frameworks complemented by a degree in the relevant field. You have experience in establishing risk and compliance frameworks, implementing procedures and processes around maintenance, monitoring and reporting.
It would be preferred if you have previous experience in Private Equity or Funds and company secretariat experience.
