About the role

We are looking for energetic, mobile, career minded and ambitious Early Career\Graduates candidates to join Kerry. Joining Kerry gives you an opportunity to continue developing and learning with our graduate development program, as well an opportunity to work on a cross-functional business project. Kerry has had success with graduates that have joined the organization and have accelerated and progressed their careers.

Our Beloit, WI location is home to our Corporate Headquarters for the North American Region. This location has approximately 700 employees at this location that in roles such as regulatory, marketing RD&A, finance, procurement, supply chain and customer care. It is easily commutable from the Rockford, Madison, and Milwaukee areas. You'll enjoy your time inside and outside of the office as we offer a full cafeteria, fitness center, and beautiful walking paths around the campus. This location is involved and committed to giving back to the community multiple times throughout the year through our Kerry Employee Engagement Program volunteering with various organizations.

Key responsibilities

Our finance and accounting grads are extremely important to our team and there are a wide range of different Analyst and Accounting roles where you can begin your career with Kerry. A few examples include:

• Financial Accountants
• Finance Analyst in our Commercial Division
• Finance Analyst in our Operations Division
• Master Data Management (MDM) Finance Analyst

Qualifications and skills

• A Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) from a four-year accredited college or university in Accounting, Applied Economics, Finance, Quantitative Business Analysis, Business Operations Management or related field of study.
• Do you have experience in advanced analytical, planning or problem solving? Great! You’ll use those skills everyday with Kerry.
• Do you know the value of a great team? Teamwork is one of our values and critical to everyone’s success.
• Do you have time management skills? We will rely on you to manage multiple ongoing projects in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment.
• GPA Requirement: 3.0 and above grad
