About the Role.

This position analyses business data and provides analytics reports and KPIs progress reports. Accountable of management of departmental administration support requirements.

Key Areas - Multipurpose role in analyzing data, report and presentation production as well as providing day to day operational administrative support across all tier 2 operations.

To gather information from various sources and interpret data, providing key insights and indicate ways to improve business performance, thus influencing business decisions. This role will ensure the accurate and timely delivery of data to be used in KPI reporting and periodical analysis in support of achieving operational goals of the business. Providing daily, weekly, and monthly KPI and financial analysis and reporting.

The Role will also be responsible for the collection, conversion and visualisation of data; converting it into clear and concise presentations and working closely with the MIS team to generate key. In addition, production of presentations to support business growth requests, AFE’s and overall tier 2 performance.

The role will also be responsible for managing the operational administration, management of the WIP, Complaint reporting, raising purchase orders and submitting requests through GIAMS,etc. required for the business as well as various support as required for projects.

About You.

Education: Minimum of Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent, in Commerce/Accountancy/Business Administration

Minimum Experience and Knowledge: 3-5 years of working experience in a large organization, experience in the automotive industry is a plus

Minimum Experience:

  • Understanding of operations, business models, and value chain in Automotive
  • Commercial acumen and proficiency in financial statements
  • Exemplary communication and organizational skills
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)

Job-Specific Skills:

  • Proficiency in SAP, BIW, Expertise in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • The ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Data driven outlook with strong planning and communication skills
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, and resourcefulness
  • Ability to anticipate conflict and resolving pending issues
