Job Description


  • Deliver end to end M&A engagements throughout the transaction lifecycle. Bring together financial, M&A deal execution and functional (Operational / IT / People) perspectives to create deal value and reduce execution risk for the client. Plan and coordinate work performed by multiple service lines and cross-functional teams where required.
  • Plan and lead Integration, Carve-out or Operational Due Diligence, working closely with Financial Due Diligence team to identify value creation levers and operational issues material to the deal.
  • Plan and execute M&A Integrations, Separations, Synergy realizations and post deal value creation engagement. Coordinate with other capabilities (e.g. Operations, IT, People & Change) to bring functional expertise where needed.
  • Work on matters pre-sign, sign to completion and post completion on M&A deals; and be able to support both buy-side or sell-side mandates
  • Lead engagements and manage client expectations concerning project deliverables and deadlines and lead change efforts effectively. Develop and grow strong client relationships.
  • Lead proposals develop business and grow the practice.
  • Supervise, train and mentor Associate Directors, Managers, Associates and Senior consultants.

Qualification and prior experience:

  • Significant and broad experience in leading Integration & Separation in M&A Transactions
  • Deep dive experience of specific areas of business value chain
  • Leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Industry Experience: Financials Services, Government, Healthcare, Energy, Infrastructure preferred
  • MBA or CA, CPA, ACCA qualified preferred
