Your new role
Key objective for the Lead Accountant is to manage and develop a small team of Administrators whilst focusing on analysing financial results, reporting on performance and preparing accurate and timely month end accounts.

Day to day responsibilities include;

• Manage a rolling 12 month cash forecast
• Data cleansing to ensure reporting is accurate
• Business Partner with Sales, Production and Supply Chain
• Develop financial performance reports
• Year end financial reporting
• Audit requirements

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a fully qualified Chartered Accountant with 3+ years' people management and team leadership experience. It's essential that you have a background in the FMCG and/or Manufacturing industry with proven ability to review/audit budgets and forecasts, provide a commentary on variances, analyse actuals variance to standard and act as a finance business partner to operational managers.
