Finance Officer (Corporate Credit Cards/Accounts Payable)

About the Role

A 12 month fixed term position has become available for a Finance Officer working in our Accounts Payable team responsible for the administration of Corporate Credit Cards and accounts payable based in our busy office in Kelvin Grove.

You will be responsible for the administration of the corporate credit cards for the organisation including the integration of the expenses at the end of month to provide accurate and timely information for the organisation. Additionally your will support the accounts payable team with invoices processing, vendor maintenance, vendor queries, including internal support office and site staff and statement reconciliation and any other tasks as allocated by the Accounts Payable Team Leader.

We would love to hear from you if you have:

Accounts Payable experience a must Experience with Corporate Credit Card expense management systems would be an advantage Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast paced environment You must be able to problem solve, use initiative and be highly autonomous You have a proven ability in process improvement, with a focus on process efficiency The ability to multi-task while keeping priorities clearly in mind Ability to manage large volumes of data Demonstrated experience with a computerised financial accounting system Fast and accurate data entry skills Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite
