Grant Thornton (Vietnam) Limited, an independent member of Grant Thornton International, was established in 1993, with offices in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

Our mission is to be the leading service provider providing distinctive client service and bold leadership through empowered people. Whether we are acting as independent auditors, advising on funding a business, looking into tax issues or restructuring a business; working with our Clients to unlock their potential for growth through practical solutions based on our practice values of integrity, reliability and personal attention, is our aim.

 After the merger with Nexia ACPA Auditing & Consulting Co Ltd (“ACPA”) in 2014, the firm offers an excellent professional team of 15 partners and more than 230 professional staff in offices located in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. In 2015, Grant Thornton Vietnam was listed as the only foreign invested firm that has been permitted to determine the value of 100-per-cent state-owned enterprises by Ministry of Finance Vietnam.
