The NORAs view the recruitment sector from the perspective of the jobseeker, and for the last 23 years have been shining a light on the very best examples of excellence in the online recruitment industry.

Virtual Career Fairs
During the pandemic we began organising Virtual Career Fairs (VCFs) to continue to connect our members and future members with employers globally despite the limitations on movement. They have been so popular that even now that restrictions have lifted in many parts of the world, the events are going from strength-to-strength and region-to-region, and run throughout the year, so keep your eyes peeled!
VCFs ultimately allow members and future members to network directly with employers, talking by text, voice or video call, while also attending employer and career support presentations. We’ve also developed a mobile app so participants can get access VCFs on the move.
