For our client (SSC) - a production company currently we are searching for candidates for the position of:
F&A Operations Manager
Tasks:
- Comprehensive lead of the SSC
- Maintaining general and subsidiary ledgers, accounts receivable, revenue distribution, depreciation, cost, property, and operating expenses, and insurance records
- Directing the entry and maintenance of accounting records to show receipts and expenditures
- Review of accounting and administrative controls
- Supervision and participation in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Review of financial statements with management personnel
- Directing and conducting, and/or participation in cost analyses and rate studies
- Preparation of statements and reports of estimated future costs and revenues
- Coordination and preparation of external audit materials and external financial reporting
- Management of deployment and maintenance of new accounting, timekeeping, payroll, inventory, property, and other related procedures and controls
- Assistance in the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to financial management, accounting, and/or payroll
- Establishment of system controls for new financial systems and development procedures to improve existing systems
- Management and handling team in resolving conflicts, delegating and organizing tasks, as well as motivating and leading teams during project developments
Requirements:
- University education in finance or accounting with ten or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in accounting
- Broad knowledge of finance and tax
- Excellent managerial skills
- Being up-to-date with modern SSC models
- Experience in leading SSC preferably in group of production companies
- Very good knowledge of English and Polish language
