Senior Accountant Expert

• Chief Accountant (deputy) for clients of the company (outsourcing)
• Preparation of interim and annual accounting, statistical tax, salary and management reports
• Accounting in 1C and SAP
• Methodological support of Clients in tax and accounting areas
• Leading a team of accountants (3-4 employees)
• Maintaining and developing relationship with the clients
  

What we are looking for

• Experience in the role of the Chief Accountant of 3 years (production, construction, trading companies with high turnover)
• Management experience junior staff and training new employees
• Sound knowledge of all accounting areas: bank, settlements with suppliers, fixed assets accounting, advance reports, calculations in foreign currency, salary calculations (average earnings, bonuses, compensation)
• Strong experience in generating and submitting reports: Financial Statements, VAT and Corporate tax returns, salary (2-NDFL, 6-NDFL, calculation of insurance premiums, 4-FSS), property tax, statistical reporting
• Experience in financial outsourcing is an advantage
• Knowledge of one of the programs – 1C 8.3 or SAP
• Flexibility in a fast-changing environment, support team members through changes
• Suggesting solutions to difficult cases by analyzing, thinking ahead and planning
• Advanced English (speaking, correspondence, documentation) is a MUST
