A growing firm of accountants based in the Warmley area of Bristol is searching for a part, or qualified AAT Accounts Technician / Assistant Accountant to join their team delivering wide ranging services with a focus on preparing year end accounts, personal and corporate tax and involvement in wider bookkeeping, VAT etc where you will have chance to carve a key role in this successful business.

Description

Joining as Accounts Technician / Assistant Accountant based in the firms offices in Warmley you will focus on the preparation of year end accounts for wide ranging and varied clients across limited companies, partnerships and sole traders. You will also have involvement in delivering personal and corporate tax compliance and involvement in wider services across VAT, bookkeeping, management accounts and other responsibilities to a smaller degree. Your involvements with clients and technical responsibilities will increase over time as you develop within the team and role and you will be encouraged to progress and develop within your career, with the support of highly experienced, qualified professional around you, combined with study support on offer for those looking to pursue further qualifications.

Profile

You will be any of AAT qualified, or studying for AAT, ACCA or other qualifications. Alternatively you may have developed your career entirely through experience to date. Most importantly you will have a career background developed within the accountancy practice sector, working within a firm of accountants of any size with at least two to three years experience, or ideally more within this sector preparing year end accounts and tax, VAT, bookkeeping etc for limited companies, sole traders and partnerships.

Job Offer
