About you

• You have a very good level of spoken and written English (C1)
• Accounting is your passion
• Using Microsoft Office applications is not a challenge for you
• You understand the end-to-end P2P or OTC process

About the role

• Handling vendor queries (calls/emails)
• Analysis of the query type and look for process improvements
• Support in T&E claims audit
• Support in processing invoices according to the agreed targets
• Support in Payment Proposal preparation and Month End Closure reporting
• Month-end closing activities
• Processing of non-PO and PO invoices

Nice to have

• Analytical skills, a good understanding of accounting principles
• Knowledge of SAP would be an asset
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to work under time and result pressure
• Communication and interpersonal skills
