For our client – multinational provider of AI solutions for sales / e-commerce industry – we’re looking for an experienced accountant. Our client is a pioneer and innovative organization with several locations around the world. Due to further dynamic growth finance team is expanding with the rest of the company.

Hired candidate will be responsible for supporting all entities. You can choose to work 100% remotely or in office based in heart of Wrocław.

Accountant Proccess Lead

Scope of duties:

• Ensuring all incoming costs are properly recorded, approved and paid.
• Supporting the Management Accountants with cost analysis.
• Supporting the Group Financial Controller as process improvements are rapidly implemented;
• Coping with changing requirements as the company develops. This will include projects, acquisitions, systems implementations, etc.
• Ownership of the end-to-end accounts payable process:
• Booking and coding incoming invoices and expense claims.
• Ensuring invoices and expenses are only paid if suitably approved.
• Preparing payment runs for all entities.
• Preparing payroll and other ad-hoc payments.
• Month-end close: Ensure your balance sheet is clean and reconciled and provide cost analysis to the Management Accountants.

Requirements:

• Experience within fast changing and/or rapidly growing company;
• Experience in Accounts Payable and ability to ensure the proces runs smoothly;
• Higher education level;
• Well developed interpersonal skills and experience with cooperating with business;
• Hands on” attitude;
• The ability to draw logical conclusions and provide insigthful information – you’ll be treat as a business partner which means you’ll have a real impact on business and further company’s development;
• Very good command of English is a must; other languages will be an advantage (especially German, French, Dutch).

• Salary range: 8 000 – 9 000 PLN gross.
