SVP in Investment & Fundraising - Big Tech

Working closely with the C-Suite members of the company in developing fundraising and investment strategies as well as overall company's short-term and long-term strategic movements.

Description

• Fundraising and Investment strategy development
• BAU and ad hoc corporate finance related duties/exercise such as corporate valuation, due diligence, feasibility studies, and restructuring (debt and/or equity)
• Business and/or Corporate Development: providing strategic business advise and execution together with the other C-level members of the company
• In collaboration with the CFO, analyse the financial standing of the company and assist in providing business forecasts and directions on capital management
• Being the point of contact for all investor relations matters
• Team building

Profile

• At least 10 years of experience with at least 7 years in the fields of investment banking,
• Prior experience in big names i.e J
• Prior exposure to late-stage VCs is HIGHLY preferred
• Prior experience in developing a team is a HIGHLY preferred
• Open for qualified Expatriate with working knowledge of the SEA region
