This position will play an integral part of the Company in ensuring effective financial management and excellent business operations.

Description

• The role is responsible for both finance operations as well as strategic finance: including accounting, tax, financial planning, audit, and treasury.
• Ensure the timely and accurate report deliverance
• Ensure the delivery of targets set and review the outputs done
• Recommend benchmarks and KPI's for measuring financial and operating performance and spot trends in the business based upon heavy data analysis.
• Building a strong finance department to better cement the company's fundamentals and sustain its growth

Profile

• Proven experience as Finance Director, CFO, Finance Controller or relevant role
• BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and people skills
• CPA is a strong advantage
• Familiar with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Ms Dynamics, Hyperion
• Experience in handling corporate actions like M&A, IPO would be a plus
• Must speak fluent Bahasa and English
