Finance Business Partner

Description:
Amazon is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join an exciting, high growth area of Amazon within our European Operations Finance team in London.

We are looking for a smart and creative individual to support the process improvement team (ACES). Responsible for deep diving analytics and performance reporting. This role will collaborate with multiple stakeholders across various functions and countries. The position will work with partners within the Amazon Logistics business but also in the wider Amazon Operations organization; acting as a representative of Amazon Logistics, as such strong inter-personal, communication and partnering skills are important.

This role will partner the business and country Finance teams on the tactical planning cycles, helping to deliver robust, detailed and accurate plans which the business can operate to. Additionally, this role will work on the strategic planning and expansion of Amazon Logistics in the EU.

This role will require the holder to improve existing processes but also support and lead the design and implementation of new processes.
This will be a highly visible and varied role, in which the job holder will have the ability to bring new ideas to the business, interact with senior leaders and help influence the direction and decision making of the EU AMZL business.

Basic Qualifications:
- Degree Qualification
- Ability to develop new ideas and influence business decisions
- IT literate with strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Great inter-personal skills and ability to work with different types of people
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good analytical and modelling skills
Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple competing priorities and work to deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior knowledge of SQL is beneficial, a willingness to learn this essential
