The primary purpose of this position is to ensure that financial reports are in accordance with statutory requirements and preparation of management financials across company's legal entities. Managing internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all fiduciary responsibilities are taken care of.

Description
- Manage full set of financials; including monthly closing activities for Australia and NZ
- In charge of all GST, Tax Return / FBT all Tax compliance matters and coordinate tax agent to ensure accurate and timely filing
- Preparing local statutory accounts and ensuring compliance with filing deadlines
- Uphold finance and internal control policies and procedures , per delegation of authority matrix
- Inter company transfers/recharges
- Cash flow management, including payments to third parties and inter company as well as settlement of foreign currency hedging contracts
- Responsible for Inventory reconciliation
- Responsible for calculating and maintaining transfer prices in the system including liasioning with affiliates on transfer price issues
- Responsible for annual update of transfer prices and/or price lists
- Coordinating with Payroll Provider for accurate journals and summary analysis
- Balance Sheet reconciliation and variance analysis

Profile
The right candidate will have the following required to be successful:
- Degree in accountancy
- CPA/CA or international equivalent
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proactive, self motivated and eager to acquire knowledge
- Team player and service-oriented
- Experience leading a small team
- At least 5 years of experience with full set of accounting
- Hands on experience in monthly closing of full set of accounts
