Team Lead with French - AR Department

Requirements    
Minimum of + 5 years of accounting experience preferably in the AR area;
University graduate with a degree in Finance & Accounting preferred;
Strong spoken and written French and English;
Excellent communication skills (facilitation and presentation skills a plus);
Demonstrated skills such as teamwork, training/coaching, providing constructive feedback to co-workers, effective tasks assignment, scheduling;
Good organization, analytical and problem-solving skills; logical flow of thought and process orientation;
Strong interpersonal skills and customer orientation, open, honest and ethical;
Flexible and dependable; willing to adjust work schedule as necessary to meet peak demands and customer requirements;
Proficiency with firm standard technology such as MS Office: Windows, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook;
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel

Responsibilities
    
Service delivery:
Workload distribution on daily basis
Solving process challenges and exceptions
Daily monitoring of processes (KPIs/SLAs)
Access management
SOP management
Time study management
Providing inputs to Risk assessment
Support internal and external audits
Support transition across DC
Support managerial reporting and ad hoc requests
Operational calls with client and solving escalations from client
Raise the need and prepare calculations for additional resources
Conduct interview
Knowledge management, best practice sharing

People Management:
Regular meetings, development plan and performance appraisal with the team
Backup monitoring, handover planning and execution for team members
Administration: attendance, work planning, leave planning and approval

Financials:
Ensure all transactional activities performed are correctly included in the volume submissions
Actual scope documentation and validation
Ensure utilization of resources is managed at optimum levels

Process improvements scope extension:
Collect data for scope extension opportunities
Identifying improvement projects
Driving continues improvement in the process
Support in Process Progression Model
Support in deployment of new tools
Mission productivity including PACE registration
