DESCRIPTION

You will:

  • Analyze and understand the drivers of movements and variances across Treasury metrics such as liquidity and business unit funding usage, and capital structures
  • Primarily focus on legal entity balance sheet analysis and projections for the US based high risk or Material Operating entities under the umbrella of the US Legal Entity Treasurer Framework reporting functionally to the US LE Treasurer Lead VP
  • Secondary focus on EMEA Capital planning deliverables e.g. EMEA high risk and material entity capital ratio calculation, governance and reporting. The person would be involved in EMEA Capital Planning team efforts
  • Produce ad hoc deliverables and management reporting materials primarily in PowerPoint
  • Support the global Treasury teams with the information and analysis they need
  • Support strategic Treasury projects and initiatives e.g. report automation and model development
  • Produce legal entity level reporting for key governance forums (Asset and Liability Committees) and regulatory meetings (e.g. meetings with the Federal Reserve Bank (US))

ORGANIZATION

You have:

  • Minimum 4 years of work experience in Treasury, FP&A, Capital modelling or a related field is required
  • College / University degree (BSc or BA) preferably in finance, data analytics or related discipline
  • Proficiency in MS Office Excel, interest in any programing language is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong problem solving skills, analytical mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to interface with people at various skill and seniority levels
  • Self-motivated personality with high standards for quality of work and accuracy
  • Ability and willingness to work with virtual teams across the regions contributing to common goals
  • Adept at working in a fast-paced, high energy level environment
  • Post graduate qualification / studying towards: ACT, ACA or equivalent is an advantage

Team Profile:

Budapest Corporate Treasury provides corporate finance advisory services to senior management and the business units, maintaining the Firm's liquidity, optimizing its capital base, coordinating its relationships with rating agencies, lenders and creditors, managing the Firm's foreign exchange and interest rate exposure, and accessing multi-currency short- and long-term financing. Treasury actively supports the firm?s Recovery and Resolution Planning efforts.
