Songjiang - Plant Finance Manager

This role is plant overall Finance Manager. directly report to Local General Manager and Global CFO.

This is Finance overall management and has wide business scope.

Description

- Manage and coordinate daily operation requirement, like GL, Tax, Treasury, Reporting, Costing etc.
- proactively communicate with cross-function business teamsProvide accurate and timely month-end closing for the operation
- Report out actual financials and regular forecast
- Analyze the cost to guide the strategic price setting and provide financial expertise to support program teams and modeling cost
- Set up the business model and accounting flow
- Manage regional resources to ensure timely and accurate reporting in line with all corporate guidelines and requests, including Tax, Treasury

Profile

- Bachelor degree, major in Finance Acccounting is preferred
- 8 years' experience in Manufacturing/Chemical Industry, experienced in plant management etc.
- Good communication skills, logical, good listening skills, willing to share
