Right now, we are looking for a Senior SAP BPC Consultant to join our EY GDS Consulting Services team focused on providing cutting – edge IT solutions dedicated to the biggest market players in EMEA region. 

The opportunity 

You’ll be working with state-of-the-art SAP technologies such as BPC, FC, GR, BW, SAC. Besides planning and consolidation tools there is place for other BI tools and reporting activities like BO BI, AO, SAC, Lumira. The idea is to deliver business advisory services in the field of transformation and enterprise performance management systems; implement the processes in Cloud, Hybrid and on Premise environments, proceed successfully with greenfield and brownfield approach and dealing with Agile and combined methodologies.

Your key responsibilities 

As a member of our team, you’ll have a chance to extend your experience. You’ll support clients in choosing the most suitable business solution and take part in advisory projects - implementation of planning and/or consolidation with SAP tools across many possible areas. You’ll also participate in post-implementation review of chosen processes as well as in coordination of the main project tasks. 

Skills and attributes for success 

  • You’ll effectively use SAP BPC and/or other planning and consolidation tools 
  • You’ll successfully take part in implementation of SAP systems 
  • You’ll enthusiastically enhance your core SAP technology knowledge and experience 
  • You’ll be willing to work and travel in international environment 

    • To qualify for the role, you must have 

  • 5+ years of experience in SAP BPC
  • Experience with BW and with another planning/consolidation tools are nice to have 
  • Other EPM solutions knowledge
  • Experience in multiple planning/consolidation project cycles 
  • Experience in planning/consolidation solution design 
  • Experience in reporting solution design
  • Understanding basic accounting principles behind PnL, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow 
  • Knowledge of workflow / audit trail / work status 
  • Strong team work skills 
  • Higher Education Degree 
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication 

    • Ideally, you’ll also have 

  • Some practical knowledge of Driver Based Planning (e.g. inclusion of Revenue, Cost, Balance Sheet, Liquidity, Risk Models) 
  • Experience in Scenario Planning (what if, simulations with dynamic micro/macro assumptions etc.) 
  • German or other language knowledge is an advantage 
  • Great sense of humour
