Description

Joining as Manager / Senior Manager in a role offering progression and development potential based from the firms Penzance offices you will take responsibility for managing the full provision of varied, all round practice services to a wide ranging portfolio of clients. Your portfolio will focus on a significant number of limited companies, SME's and OMBs, with a smaller element of sole traders and partnerships. Clients are varied in industry and in the range of £250,000 to £5million in turnover on this side. As well as managing the provision of accounts, tax and general practice services to your clients, in both a hands on and review role you will look to develop added value relationships with your clients, across accounts and tax identifying opportunities such as business planning, systems improvements, profitability improvements and tax planning work across wide ranging personal and corporate tax planning projects. You will manage, support and develop a team of professionals providing guidance, support and backing, reviewing work, managing workflow, billing and ensure a quality services is delivered. With ongoing growth within the firm, genuine opportunities for career progression and development are on offer, in a progressive and forward moving firm of chartered accountants. Profile

You will be any of ACA / ACCA / ATT / CTA qualified, perhaps a highly capable, recently qualified professional through to having anything from three to fours years or more, post qualified experience, gained within an accountancy practice environment at around Managerial levels. Your experience will have been gained in any of Top ten, 50, large/medium or small independent firm background. The directors are looking to mould this role around the right persons background and experience to a good degree so keen to consider options across the range from recently having stepped up into a managerial role, through to more experienced senior managerial level professionals.
You will have an all around career skill set across accounts and tax and wider general accountancy practice services and you will be looking to progress your career, within a highly successful firm of accountants.

Job Offer

Circa £35,000 - £50,000 or more, dependent on the experience and background, negotiable.
