One of the most well established and popular businesses on the Taiwan market. The company has products that can be used across all age categories. They are stable operating and has been planning for further expansion. The client is targeting to hire an Audit Head to run the Taiwan team.

Description

Leads consulting, audit projects, and overseeing compliance risk

Develops audit plans, performs work steps, documents and reports findings, and provide recommendations across different functions such as Finance/Legal/Operations/Sales/HR

Applies the knowledge of audit fundamentals and demonstrates critical thinking to identify risks

Develop auditing techniques such as data analysis, audit plans, and analyze new policies

Providing recommendations and meet with management and stakeholders to discuss compliance audit plans and results including resolving compliance audit findings

Manage a of two on audits and other projects, including development through performance reviews, goal setting, coaching, mentoring and training

Ensures audit principles, standards and practices are strictly followed

Profile

• Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting
• Minimal of 15 years of solid internal audit commercial experience
• At least 4 years as a management level within publicly traded company
• Experiences working overseas or has had experience managing a global scope of internal audit/internal control
• Strong communication and leadership skill
• Team player and adaptability to fast moving environment
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• CPA/CIA is a plus
• Experience with IPO is plus
