Today, we provide various accounting, legal and HR services to the Bridgestone Group Companies across Europe. We hire over 220 employees who support our Business Partners in six languages (English, French, German, Spanish, Italian as well as Polish). Master Data Team Leader

permanent contract

Responsibilities: 

• Day-to-day management and coordination of Master data team resources
• Efficiently delegate issues to the team members
• Coaching and supervising team members
• Ensure service delivery, for all processes performed by the team, meets performance/quality standards defined in service level agreements (SLA’s)
• Report on performance against performance/quality standards defined in SLA’s and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to the Manager
• Ensure the owned budget is met
• Ensure all processes performed by the  team comply with business standards and policies 
• Remain up to date with new developments of process requirements and ensure adherence to these requirements throughout the reporting line and the implementation of respective internal controls in the business 
• Analyze and make recommendations with respect to important process issues, communicate with and educate stakeholders with regards to meeting process  requirements
• Ensure the effective application of agreed control procedures 
• Ensure all staff maintain appropriate standards of technical competence

Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years of work experience in Master Data Management process
• Very good knowledge of Vendor, Customer, Material, FI & CO Master data process and SAP system functionalities
• Well-developed organizational skills, strong motivation and a positive attitude
• Flexibility and ability to work within dynamic environment
• Capacity to analyze complex problems and makes decisions in a timely manner
• Experience in managing teams as an advantage
• Ability to motivate and empower team members
• Ability to focus on priorities, timely and effective work execution
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to explain complex issues in a clear and concise manner
• Fluent English
