Where you'll work

Our Beloit, WI location is home to our Corporate Headquarters for the North American Region. This location has approximately 700 employees at this location that in roles such as regulatory, RD&A, finance, procurement, supply chain and customer care. It is easily commutable from the Rockford, Madison, and Milwaukee areas. You'll enjoy your time inside and outside of the office as we offer a full cafeteria, fitness center, and beautiful walking paths around the campus. This location is involved and committed to giving back to the community multiple times throughout the year through our Kerry Employee Engagement Program volunteering with various organizations.

What you'll do

  • Manage a staff of 2
  • Manage Current Year Capital Spend for all Kerry North America Sites (approx 68) to include review of required documents
  • Overview of Capital Projects Submitted for approval
  • Be responsible for 200-300 active projects annually and ensure proper documentation and approval provided
  • Overview of Capital Projects submitted for approval
  • Review / Approval / Rejection of all Capital Project PO’s
  • Proper accounting for all fixed assets and reconciliation between
  • General Ledger and Fixed Asset Register - Approx 60,000 plus assets
  • Oversee IFRS16 Accounting / Recording for all qualifying Leases for North America
  • Provide any required reporting to upper Management
  • Provide documentation for Internal / External Audits as requested both at Interim and Year End
  • Work up Annual Projects / Budgets for Depreciation by site

    • What you'll need to be successful

  • Degree in finance field (accounting strongly preferred)
  • 7+ years post grad experience
  • SAP experience preferred
  • People manager experience preferred
  • Experience working across cross functional teams
  • Prior experience in GL/Capital in manufacturing environment a plus
