Finance Manager - IPO (Big 4 background)

You will support Finance Head to manage IPO project in HK.

Our client is a local family business on electronics manufacturing in China with sales office in China and overseas. In the recent decades, it has been expanding fast in scale and revenue.

Description

Reporting to Finance team head and Company owner, you are one of the key members to manage all group finance and daily accounting operation duties to drive successful listing on the Main Board of the HKEX. In the local finance team of 5 pax, your responsibilities include but not limited to review monthly consolidated financial reports accurately and timely with analysis and forecast; solve the problems faced from daily operations; assist in formulating, enhancing the internal control procedure, accounting policies, compliance; liaise with external parties such as Big 4 auditor, Lawyer, Sponsor for all necessary reporting.

Profile

• A Qualified Accountant with proven track record in IPO from Big 4 or Corporate, manufacturing industry knowledge highly preferred

• With a self-starter mentality and initiative, with ability to contribute to the Group's Finance Management strategy and delivery

• Possesses outstanding communications skills and comfortable presenting complicated ideas to disparate groups

• Experienced at balancing internal and external stakeholders in a highly regulated environment

• Strong problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to lead a team and enlist cooperation

• Immediately available or short notice candidate is definitely an advantage
