Choralis Consulting have instructions to recruit a Financial Analyst.
The company:- Is a global manufacturing business with a t/o well in access of £1b. With operations all over the world, this is a new role for a commercial forward thinking analyst.
The role:- Is to assist the Financial controller
prepare financial analysis and data to ensure a smooth flow of information is continually reviewed and updated. You will provide a meaningful insight into reported numbers, highlighting variances and taking corrective measures to ensure information in accurate and correct. Assist in the preparation of the management accounts pack providing commentary and communicating clearly information analysis on sales, margin and profit. To prepare cash forecasts for submission to group, maintain domestic cash balances and reconcile inter company loan accounts. Balance sheet accounts ensuring month end deadlines are met. Prepare subsidiary accounts to month end close, highlighting variances to budget Prepare UK consolidated and Cost centre reports and subsequent investigation of variances. Cash flow forecasts, Create and set up cost centres and control master data, Prepare LE submissions and annual budget in conjunction with the Commercial Managers.
The person:- Graduate, qualified ACCA/CIMA with at least 3 years previous experience in a commercial anlayst role. Comfortable working independently and autonomously you will need to be a self starter with a 'can do' problem solve attitude. Interpret and analyse data whilst, planning and organising your work.A questioning mindset, thinking on your feet, adding value and problem solving issues as they arise
