Key Responsibilities:

The Contract Lifecycle Management Segment Leader is responsible for managing this new product offering across three key stakeholder groups: WK employees, WK customers, and WK shareholders. • Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of the core business, scale and scope of total market opportunity, customer profile, market ownership, competitive landscape, and market trends to effectively evaluate prospects for share of wallet growth, increased market share, and expansion into logical adjacencies. Utilize customer insights analyses in the planning for optimizing market positions.
  • Develop a go-to-market strategy for growth including, but not limited to, optimizing current Customer’s interest in Contract Lifecycle Management, leveraging new Customer opportunities, evaluating options for the introduction/adoption of this new service and strategically operationalizing those, developing and executing on appropriate marketing and communications plan to powerfully articulate the value proposition to the market, and ensuring the sales and service teams are fully prepared to properly represent the brand while strengthening relationships with customers so that WK is reliably perceived as the provider of choice.
  • Manage the Contract Lifecycle Management P&L to meet all top-line and bottom-line financial commitments with an eye to strengthening the business for the long term. Relentlessly pursue operational efficiency and outstanding Customer experience.
  • Be an expert consumer of shared services, effectively partnering with matrixed organizations by having productive relationships with executive leaders of these functions and providing leadership, insight, and feedback to ensure that these groups continue to be valuable partners based on a clear understanding of how to best support the business.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales/Marketing or related discipline; OR if no degree, 15 years of relevant experience. A Master’s degree in Business Administration or a JD is preferred.

Experience:

At least 15+ years of strategy, product management, sales, client service, or related professional experience with at least seven years spent managing teams in a complex matrix structure where strategic vision and an orientation for outstanding execution have been essential to their demonstrated success.
