Programme Overview

The UOB Management Associate Programme, available across various countries in APAC is designed to nurture our next generation of leaders across the region. Through this 18-month exploration, you will discover what you need to know to excel within our business. You will also develop the necessary skills to navigate a changing banking landscape and to make the most of emerging opportunities.

You will go from a graduate to a future leader through training that offers you ample opportunities to stretch your capabilities. You will also have access to the UOB leadership team and learn what it takes to be successful in your professional life.

  What do I need to apply?

As a UOB Management Associate, you should have a drive for excellence, an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong sense of ethics. You will also need to have:

A bachelor’s degree in any discipline

A GPA of 3.0 or equivalent and above

No more than two years of work experience

An impressive track record of leadership and co-curricular activities
