Our client is an established accountancy professional services firm. Starting out from a small network growing consistently over the years, they have forged long term relationships with a spectrum of clients, including growth focused entrepreneurial businesses to leading multinationals, gaining many trusted partners over the years. In view of growing business needs, they are currently in search of a high calibre tax director/ partner to lead the tax department, pioneering new partnership with clients.

Description

Reporting to the Head of Tax, you will lead a sizeable team and be a key advisor to all client engagements of the business on tax-related issues. Through understanding the business model of the clients, you will be a key stakeholder in advising them on international, corporate, personal tax while planning their transfer pricing policies. You will be a key lead in managing SOX policies and procedures, structuring transactions while taking on special projects in transfer pricing audits, cross border value chain transformation.

Profile

Ideally, you are degree qualified in finance/accounting with at least 15 years of working experience in a professional accounting firm. Certification in area of specialisation will be highly advantageous. You are meticulous, display good leadership capabilities and able to drive strategic growth for the business. You are ambitious, possess the tenacity to excel in a tax environment and is able to manage a sizeable portfolio. A self-motivated individual, you have good planning and organisational skills and possess excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders.
