A successful firm of chartered accountants based in Bristol is searching for a Senior Accountant to join their team carving a role with increasing responsibility and clear career development prospects both in technical development and route to progress, working closely and directly with the firms Directors.

Description

Joining as key addition as a Senior Accountant you will carve a key role within the team undertaking a wide ranging hands on role to encompass the spectrum of year end accounts production for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies, personal and corporate taxation compliance along with scope for involvement with complex tax planning projects with the support and mentoring from the directors to develop on this. Alongside this you will oversee the wider delivery of management accounts, VAT, bookkeeping help and advise clients on online accounting software. There will be increasing responsibility on offer as you develop within the role taking on more client portfolio management duties with a clear path to progress and develop within this growing business.

Profile

The Directors are looking to consider a wide range of experience for this role so you may be AAT qualified, and/or, part/finalist or newly qualified ACCA/ACA, or you may be suitably experienced only. As a key requirement you will have developed your experience within an accountancy practice of any size, with at least 3 - 4 years experience, or significantly more experience of year end accounts preparation, personal and corporate tax, Vat and wider bookkeeping skills alongside this for mixed limited companies, sole trader and partnership clients.
You will be looking to further your career within a fast growing firm based in Bristol where you will progress and develop in your accounting career and really have opportunity to develop technically and become a key addition within this successful business. Job Offer
