Finance Business Partner

This is an interim Finance Business Partner role to cover a role based in York working within the Rail/Public Transport sector. Initially for a period of 6 months.

A well known Rail/Public Transport organisation based in York.

Description

As Interim Finance Business Partner you will be working as part of a team who are responsible for the production of management accounts for all the areas of the organisation.

You will use your accountancy skills across a number of key areas including: the effective and efficient management and co-ordination of the day-to-day financial operations as well as being the first point of contact for financial queries and requests. You will support colleagues in the management accounts function in the production of forecasts and budgets.

Profile

Candidates will ideally be fully qualified accountants ( ACCA / ACA / CIMA / CIPFA or equivalent) and will have strong business partnering skills as either a Finance Business Partner, Finance Manager, Management Accountant or similar role along with the experience of working within complex organisations with multiple stakeholders. Rail or public transport experience would be very useful, but is not essential.

Job Offer

c£190 - 230 per day on a PAYE or Umbrella company basis - inside IR35
