  • Responsible for payment of clearing agents and foreign suppliers
  • Post accounting entries for accounts receivables and/or payables on daily basis
  • Prepare monthly reconciliations, input sales tax data/withheld working
  • Perform internal and/or external reconciliation for vendors and/or customers on routine basis
  • Execute monthly income tax withholding summary and payments
  • Manage FOB and ocean freight provision
  • Proficient in use of accounting software, preferably oracle
  • Detail- oriented individual who can work under tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Sound knowledge of IFRS, sales and income tax
