Responsibilities:
Performing amendments to deposits and fiduciary products.Processing of MM Treasury Deposits and PlacementsPhysical settlement of Money Market TradesSettlement of Fiduciary and MM leg of Premium InstrumentsProcessing of NOSTRO’s FundingException monitoring and handlingEscalating transaction processing issues to the appropriate department and collaborate on a solutionAssisting with control activities, and the launch of new products and servicesEnsuring processes adhere to audit and control policiesMonitoring and suggesting solutions to errors to minimize risk to the bank, through an intermediate knowledge of procedural requirementsReviewing and overseeing the creation of Credit Applications via Credit Approval Accelerator (CAA) and input relevant data using the Credit Platform SystemOverseeing and whereby required liaising with the intermediary valuers to obtain the quotations and / or valuation reportsMaintaining, monitoring and tracking activity logs and checklists of the various stages and components of the loan disbursement and coordinating data and document flowsEnsuring preparation of all client offer letters and drawing down instructions and all required documentations for all stages of the process are produced completed and circulatedManaging the insurance renewal process end to endMaintaining required standards adhering to local quality controls, assurance and turnaround times as agreed and briefed by the businessMaintaining and update operational proceduresLeading and/or participating in projects and provide feedback on project related activitiesRequirements:
Excellent spoken and written EnglishGood communication and presentation skillsGraduate (Master's degree) – Economy/business administration/ banking background preferredAt least 2 years' work experience at banking/financial institutions in Operations or within Financial MarketAbility to build strong partnerships global counterparts and cross-divisional colleaguesCompetent with Microsoft Office toolsGood understanding of the inherent risks for each process and operational risks of each product segmentSense for independent work and good team playerReliable and 'can do' attitudeAdditional certifications (such as ACCA would be an asset)We offer:
