Description
As VP Finance, you are expected to
- Act as finance head to develop strategy and operation business plan with leadership team
- Partner with business leadership team to indepth drive the achievement of overall business objectives
- Lead the finance team while creating robust processes and matrix structure to adapt market
Profile
You are expected to
- have relevant working experience with 10+ years of finance leadership exposure in FMCG/Healthcare industry in Greater China
- be qualifed in CPA/ACCA - highly preferred
- be experienced in leading changes, strategy development and implementation
- be capable to demonstrate leadership, develop talents, cowork with leadership team with strong business acumen
