This position is to support global management team and provide strategic planning and guidance.

Description

1.Support management to make strategic decisions through wise judgment and profound research based on internal and external environments
2.Communicate effectively with stakeholders on the identified strategic direction and initiatives, as well as related cross-functional projects
3.Facilitate the implementation of strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects, collect market feedbacks and conduct continuous review and optimization
4.Create strategic roadmaps that are prioritized based on business objectives and organizational feasibility
5.Drive continuous improvement initiatives by supporting the development of processes to enhance operational performance

Profile

1.Bachelor degree and above, Major in Financial Management, Business Administration, Finance, or Economy with 8 to 10 years' strategy related experience
2.Native English speaker, preferably from the United States, Britain, Canada, Australia, or having long-term experience overseas, of good English skills
3.Understanding about strategy planning, political and economic environment as well as market trend
4.Conscientious and responsible, quick reaction; Strong ability of understanding, quick learner
5.FMCG background or strategy planning consultant in consulting firm preferred
