Description

Accounts Payable Clerk - Bournemouth

• Interrogating finance systems to determine whether old balances on supplier's accounts are valid

• If valid, provide clear and concise justification

• If not valid, provide explanation along with recommended remedial actions

• Working with suppliers to complete supplier statement reconciliations

• Interrogating systems to understand whether old GRNI balances are still valid

• If valid, provide clear and concise justification.

• If not valid, provide explanation along with recommended remedial actions

• Any other Ad hoc duties as requested by Payables Team leader
