A growing and highly regarded firm of chartered accountants based in Bridgwater is looking to recruit a Personal Tax Assistant / Senior into their team, as a key addition in a role offering increasing responsibility, technical skill development and progression path on offer.

The firm offers a very supportive and team focused environment, reflected by a low staff turnover and long serving staff. You will be working within an experienced tax department, working alongside managers/directors and partners and working on wide ranging personal tax clients.

Description

Joining as Personal Tax Assistant / Senior, based in the firms Bridgwater offices, you will support directors/partners and managers in providing personal tax compliance services, preparing tax returns for wide ranging individuals, trusts and partnerships. As you develop in the firm and role you will also have chance for involvement in tax planning for clients, with the support around you to help you develop technically and progress in your personal tax career.

Profile

You may be ATT qualified or studying, AAT part or qualified etc, or have developed your career through experience only to date. Most importantly you will have at least one to two years or ideally more experience within the accountancy practice sector, working for a firm of accountants of any size with demonstrable key experience within personal tax, preparing personal tax returns for varied clients. You will be looking to further your career in this sector as a Personal Tax Assistant / Senior and be looking to progress technically seeing a clear path on offer within a leading firm of accountants.

Job Offer

£18,000 - £24,000 dependent on experience and background, plus benefits.
