Your new company are a UK leading manufacturer who's product is distributed worldwide.
Your new role
Your new role as Financial Controller for a rapidly growing Manufacturing SME your responsibilities will be, Managing and mentoring the commercial functioning finance team, Preparation of the month end accounts and board pack, sticking to the tight deadlines. You will oversee tax and compliance, the preparation of year end statutory accounts. Take ownership of the budget and forecasting processes and submissions. You will manage the audit process by liaising with audit personnel along with other ad hoc duties when required.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this exciting yet challenging role you will be qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with Manufacturing experience working in a similar role. You'll have the ability to work within a fast paced environment and work well under pressure and achieve the tight deadlines set by the employer. You will be a highly motivated individual who is looking to further their career and up skill those around you. You will have excellent interpersonal skill and have the experience and ability to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders. Previous SAP and Manufacturing experience would be preferred but not essential.
