The ASEAN business is a USD 250 million business with more than 700 people spread across manufacturing, sales, supply chain and other functions in various countries. The company is looking for an experienced finance professional to join the team as:
Position: Senior Finance/FP&A Manager (SE Asia)
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for a wide range of Finance and FP&A functions. He/She will be the business partner to the GM for SE Asia who manages the P&L of the diversified business. Responsibilities include Budgeting and Business Planning, Reporting, Forecasting, Costing, Pricing, Investments and Performance Management. He/She will assist in preparation of strategic plans and MIS covering all financial and operational metrics, and review them together with business heads and functional leaders.
He/She will conduct detailed costing analysis and help manufacturing, supply chain and other functional heads with devising initiatives to drive down costs. He/She will work closely with the GM, Country Managers and functional heads on M&A, integration, greenfield projects, capacity expansion, and restructuring projects. He/She will oversee financial accounting, taxation, reporting, compliance and internal/external audits. The company has a highly matrixed organization structure.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting. Professional qualification - ACCA or CMA would be an added advantage
- 15-20 years of relevant experience preferably with a global MNC
- Strong exposure to FP&A function in a regionally distributed corporation with Sales, Distribution, Supply Chain and Manufacturing facilities
- Strong data and analytical skills. Ability to work in complex matrix organization
- Deep understanding of financial accounting, and financial and operational metrics
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Regional exposure in SE Asia preferred
- Experience in manufacturing sector is critical. Exposure to packaging/chemicals or similar industries would be advantageous
