Business analyst, CFO
The Business Analyst is responsible to provide knowledge and expertise in the business domain, assess the client's business requirements, provide alternative solution and evaluate the viability

and feasibility of possible improvements. They bridge the communication gap between the business side and the IT throughout the application development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

1. Gather both user and system requirements from multiple stakeholders

2. Perform detailed gap analysis (As Is and To Be)

3. Provide domain expertise & focus in the specific industry

4. Propose alternative operational solution to improve and bring about high quality system solutions

5. Ensure that the resulting IT solution meets the needs of the defined business requirements

6. Develop evaluation tools and techniques and contribute expertise to Project Team to ensure that system proposals are fully analysed and evaluated

7. Conduct User Testing, Training (Tester & User)

8. Planning for System Release (Local & Oversea)

9. Support the handover and transition to operation teams

10. Working as a Team

Requirements

Requirements

1. At least 3-5 years of requirements gathering and technical design experience & preferably strong knowledge in banking industry

2. Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

3. Familiar with Remittance Operations or relevant experience

a. Inward & Outward Remittance

b. Interbank Transfer

c. Relevant SWIFT Messages

4. Experiences with banking or any other transaction based systems will be advantageous

5. Ability to produce specifications for documentations, testing and implementations

6. Strong analytical, conceptualization and problem solving skills

7. Experience in IT business analysis techniques

8. Self-motivated with a positive "can-do" attitude, creative with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills including strong persuasive techniques

9. Ability to lead, develop and maintain respectful and trusting relationship

10. Attention to detail, Self-directed and self-motivated with the ability to take charge or play a supporting role

11. Proficient in written and spoken English (Able to speak and write in Japanese will be added advantage)

12. Candidates who have the above experiences in a Japanese company/organization are strongly preferred

13. Willing to Travel

Open to all nationalities, MUST be located in Singapore
