Corporate Finance Executive

My client, a global advisory firm, is looking to further grow their expanding Corporate Finance Advisory team in London, with the addition of a CF Executive.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a broad spectrum of corporate finance engagements, including transactions, quantification of damages in dispute situations, valuations, commercial / market analysis, business plan preparation, modelling, forensic investigations, financial decision making and data analytics. As part of a multinational, global team, the successful candidate will work on transactions of varying sizes; from several million to multi-billion euro transactions.

An ideal candidate will have significant post-graduation work experience in an audit, transaction services, modelling or valuations capacity at a professional services or corporate advisory firm. A professional qualification (ACA, CA, ACCA, CIMA) is essential along with strong academics; an undergraduate degree in a relevant degree subject is desirable. A candidate must also have strong analytical and excellent communication skills.
