Description

The main responsibilities for this Accounts Payable (Fixed Term Contract) position are:

• Full Accounts Payable - end to end

• Resolving invoice queries with suppliers

• Processing of expenses

• Management of finance Inbox and timely filing and response

• Play significant role in monthly accounting activities such as fixed assets, cash reconciliations, inter-company process, accruals & prepayments

• Inter-company balance sheet reconciliations

• Creating new vendors and processing fraud checks

• Inter-company re-charges;

• Weekly and adhoc reporting

Profile

The successful candidate for this Accountancy vacancy will have at last 2-3 yrs experience working in Accounts Payable.

The candidate needs to be able to commute into the city of London.

Experience within the consultancy sector isn't essential, but the candidate needs to have end to end experience with Accounts Payable and be confident in a large growing team.
