This position is working in a Finance team of 8 staff, who have grown and developed and now a really steady, friendly team. The role would suit either a candidate looking to start the Accounting career, with a desire to Study their AAT, OR a candidate currently studying their AAT looking for their next role.
The position can offer progression, and would ideally suit someone with a drive and thirst to eventually become a Management Accountant, and be part of a successful company.
Duties will include:
- Purchase ledger tasks
- Reconciling Statements
- Pay suppliers
- Month end procedures
- Allocate cash
- Filing
- Answering inbound calls
The successful candidate will:
- Ideally have started or be interested in completing the AAT qualification
- Have some Accounting knowledge or worked within an Accounts department
- Have their own transport due to location
- Be career driven
- Be a confident Excel user
- Have experience of SAGE or Open Accounts
