Role Overview
Your Team: Workplace Tribe

What does a 'day in the life' look like
• Providing end-to-end support applications like Exchange 2010, Exchange 2016, Exchange online (O365) and Enterprise Vault
• Optimise existing end-to-end customer journeys and improve the customer experience by devising new, innovative solutions, services, products or propositions
• Utilises tools and practices to build, verify and deploy solutions in the most efficient ways, enhancing tech division capabilities
• Implements a culture within the Tribe and the Chapter, encouraging best practices around reviews, quality and documentation.
• Putting the customer/end user at the centre of everything you do, delivering quality solutions that enhance workplace capability at ANZ
• Please note: This role requires 24/7 on-call support based on shifts and roaster
What will be in your toolkit
• You have deep expertise in Enterprise Vault and Exchange Administration 2010, Exchange 2016 and Exchange online (O365)
• Experience and ability to handle escalated Level 3 Issues if they arise
• Ability to triage and diagnose defects/issues
• Knowledge on Azure AD user management, Active Directory, DNS, Windows cluster, IIS and SQL.
• Good understanding of Networking, Load balancer and VOIP.
• In depth knowledge on Scripting e.g PowerShell, etc.
• Solid understanding of Incident, Change and Problem management processes.
